the maiden of the Blue Moon is one of a kind in a series of

moon maidens and faerys.

the sculpture including the moon measures nine and

one half inches in diameter....this piece can either

hang or rest on a mosaic base ( not shown)

...the pale maiden is softly draped in the sheerest of

silk with a band of tiny pearls at her forehead.

the mosaic tiles are "sea glass" and italian glass(tesserae) of wonderful .

hues of blues and greens. the tiles are all of genuine glass.

.... truly pale magic.....
